PAINT APPLICATION

From permanent coatings (primers and topcoats) to impermanent coatings (peelable adcoat, etc), we have multiple spray booths dedicated to small items as well as a spray booth dedicated to large items up to 30 feet long. Our process is supported by temperature controlled curing ovens.

Coating material is mixed under controlled atmospheric conditions by our in-house Chem Lab and furnished to the application operation in a premixed state.

  • Our hoist and monorail system provides our paint personnel the ability to maneuver and coat the most complex parts.
  • Our paint personnel are versatile in applying a wide range of coatings.

All applied coatings are appropriately inspected and tested by highly trained Quality Assurance inspectors.
